How to Place an Order
Our office is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Domestic customers have the convenience of placing an order online, by telephone or by visiting the gallery. International customers, please call to place your order. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. When placing an order please remember to verify your address and phone number. Be sure to include your full address. This includes apartment or lot numbers, city, state and zip code.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Most pieces are made to order. If the piece is out of stock, it may take up to two weeks to ship. Please allow up to four weeks for custom pieces as it takes time to create your treasured heirloom. We ship all domestic orders via UPS with insurance. International orders are shipped via USPS. International orders, by law, are required to go through customs which may delay your order.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund. Please note there are no returns on custom pieces. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage for all damaged merchandise, returns and exchanges. If your item is damaged or lost in transit please inform customer service as soon as possible.
